AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION

All items sold by twothirty are 100% authentic and carefully inspected by a team of specialists before being listed.

All items are second-hand or vintage unless stated otherwise and may show minor signs of wear and/or imperfections. Any significant flaws will always be clearly stated in the product description and photos of the items.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our store, all items sold by 230 are second-hand or vintage. We take great care to accurately describe the condition, sizing, and measurements of every item through product descriptions and photographs.

Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns are only accepted if an item is significantly different from the condition described in the product listing and/or photos.

Examples include:

  • Major undisclosed damage
  • Incorrect item sent
  • Condition substantially different from the listing description and/or photos

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect sizing or fit
  • Change of mind
  • Minor signs of wear consistent with vintage or second-hand clothing
  • Items that match the description and photos provided

All measurements are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions before ordering.

RETURN REQUEST WINDOW

If you believe your item qualifies for a return:

  • You must submit a return request within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must then be shipped back within 28 days of the delivery date

Requests made outside of this time frame may not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITION

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unaltered
  • With any original packaging if applicable

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of additional wear or damage after delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as twothirty is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Proof of postage must be retained until the return has been processed.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday).

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Free UK shipping on orders over £50.

EU SHIPPING

Orders to the European Union are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch depending on destination.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays, unless under special circumstances.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, twothirty is no longer responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused during transit.
